Here is the newest addition to our family. Hallie has been obsessed with dogs since about 6 months we originally thought she would go out of it or maybe that was a hope. Now at 18 months she is now more into dogs than she ever has been. If a dog walks by or Hallie hears one bark outside she is looking out the window or barking to let me know she saw or heard a dog. So we decided as an early Easter present we would buy a puppy. Hallie is already in love with her. We named her Missy. She is a shitzu and she looks like an ewok to us. She is just over 2 lbs and shouldn't get much bigger than about 6-8 lbs. The most frustrating part o far has of coarse been the potty training but after talking to some of our friends with puppies it seems she is doing quite well. She is VERY mellow...and for good reason have you met our Hallie? Missy has been carried by her tail, upside down, and once and a while by one leg she has never once tried to bite or be mean with Hallie. We think she is going to be a good fit for our little family and as far as I can tell will be the best practice for having another baby.

Oh...she is so cute! That's so fun that you got her for Hallie- she will love her to death. Drake has a ball with our dog.
